Common questions
Every LLM call that flows through the SDK and gets checked against your rules counts as one guarded request. Dashboard activity and internal sync do not count.
No. The SDK sends token metadata: model id, token counts, cost, the identifiers you choose (user, feature, plan, custom tags), and a content fingerprint used for loop detection. Raw prompt and completion text never leave your servers.
Nothing breaks. We fail open and let your calls through. We do not silently start charging or rate-limit your product.
